  • All quotations provided are free of cost and valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
  • Work will begin only after written approval and an agreed advance payment.
  • The remaining balance must be paid as per the mutually agreed payment schedule.
  • Delay in payments may affect project timelines or pause ongoing work.

4. Site Visit and Inspection

Before confirming the work, our Project Manager or trained professional will conduct a site visit to assess the condition, confirm requirements, and finalize the quotation.
Any additional work not covered in the original quote will be discussed and billed separately.


5. Project Execution

  • Our team is committed to on-time project completion and maintaining professional standards.
  • Project timelines may vary due to weather, material availability, or site conditions.
  • Clients must ensure proper site access and readiness during agreed working hours.

6. Quality and Materials

We use premium and high-quality materials sourced from top brands to ensure a durable and smooth finish.
All products and paints are chosen based on your preferences and project type.
Manufacturer warranties (if applicable) are subject to their respective terms.


7. Liability

While we take utmost care during execution, Manikanta Services is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing wall or structural damages.
  • Delays due to client unavailability or restricted access.
  • Damage caused by environmental conditions post-completion.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing before work begins.
  • Once the work has started, refunds are not applicable for completed stages.
  • Any materials procured specifically for your project will be billed if the project is cancelled midway.

9. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Information collected (like name, address, or contact details) is used solely for service coordination and communication. We do not share or sell your personal data to any third party.
